Redirecting all traffic to domain? [on hold]

Redirecting all traffic to domain? [on hold]

I have created a WiFi hotspot on a linux installation with a USB dongle. I
would now like to be able to redirect all user traffic to a webpage
running on the linux machine. An example would be when a user visits
http://google.com, they would be redirected to 192.168.0.1. Is there a way
to do this easily on linux? I've read about captive portals, but I cannot
seem to find one that would provide me with the functionality I need (most
captive portals are built for login systems to allow access to the
network). I have also read up on redirection using iptables, but the
tutorials cover login systems all the same.
